Terms & Conditions

By booking a fishing trip with Predator Fishing Amsterdam, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment All bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Fishing License Each participant must have a valid Dutch fishing license (De VISPAS) to join the fishing trip. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the necessary license before the trip.

3. Alcohol and Drugs Alcohol and/or drugs are strictly prohibited on board the fishing boat. The guide reserves the right to cancel the trip if any participant is found under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Liability While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Predator Fishing Amsterdam is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip. Participants are responsible for their own safety.

5. Equipment All necessary fishing equipment will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment.

6. Weather Conditions Trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather or other safety concerns. We will notify you in advance if a change is necessary.

7. Conduct Participants must follow the instructions of the guide at all times. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the trip without refund.

8. Privacy Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the latest update will be noted.
